By booking a tour with Bali Splendid Ocean, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding your travel services.

1. The Service Contract

All travel services, guiding, and logistics are provided directly by Bali Splendid Ocean.

Technological Disclaimer:

This website and booking engine are powered by BSO Pro. You acknowledge that BSO Pro is solely a technology provider and is NOT responsible for any injuries, losses, or disputes arising from the actual tour services provided by the Agent.

2. Booking & Payments

/ Bookings are confirmed only after the required payment or deposit is received.
/ All prices are inclusive of the items mentioned in the "Inclusions" section of the specific product page.
/ We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment is not completed within the specified timeframe.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Standard Cancellation Policy

Full refund is available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the trip.

4. Traveler Responsibility

Travelers are responsible for their own health, travel insurance, and valid travel documents (passports/visas). Bali Splendid Ocean is not liable for accidents, force majeure, or delays caused by third-party transportation providers.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably or through the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.
